Yes. Remove the protective plastic wrap from the filter before closing the housing. Running with wrap on blocks airflow.
Press and hold the unit’s Filter Reset button for ~3 seconds (icon on the top left of the UI panel), or reset in the TrustedAir app under Device → Filter Life.
Some may fit, but non genuine filters can leak around the seal, reduce sensor accuracy, and may affect warranty coverage. For rated performance, use TrustedAir originals.
Yes. Save with auto ship or value multi packs so you never miss a change. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Keep sealed in the original bag, flat, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not open until you’re ready to install.
No… filters won’t affect anything. Your device name, room placement, schedules, and automations remain unchanged.
Run Auto Mode, keep doors/windows closed during poor outdoor air (the TrustedAir app displays your outdoor quality), vacuum the filter often, and avoid blocking the intake.
